How do I find courts near me?
Open the Find Court section on the homepage, allow location access or search for a city, then pan the map to explore. Courts appear as interactive markers with surface and lighting details.
Is IQON free to use?
Yes. The Free plan includes court discovery, basic player search, and limited challenges. Pro unlocks unlimited challenges, live booking, and AI match suggestions. See our pricing page for details.
How does player matching work?
Add your skill level and availability to your profile. IQON suggests opponents based on level, distance, and recent activity. You can also browse and send direct challenges.
Can I book courts through IQON?
Live booking is available on partner facilities and expanding cities. If booking is not yet live in your area, you can still discover courts and get directions.
How do I cancel or change a booking?
Open your upcoming bookings in the app or account dashboard. Cancellation policies depend on the facility—details are shown before you confirm a reservation.
How do I delete my account?
Contact support with your account email and we will process deletion within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.
